Refund Policy


Refunds are typically issued for transactions that were unsuccessful, processed in error, or experienced technical issues, resulting in an incorrect or unintended payment. The time it takes to process a refund can vary and depends on the payment gateway, the issuing bank, and the payment method used. It may take several business days to see the refunded amount back in your account. Please note: Some transactions may fall under a "No refund" policy. In such cases, once a transaction is completed, the funds are non-refundable, and there are no provisions for refunds.

Cancellation Policy

Payment gateways may support real-time transaction cancellations, especially for subscription services or e-commerce orders, as long as the request is made before the transaction is settled or processed.
